Adopt a tiny Partula snail for your valentine’s this year.

Online orders for Valentines 2024 must be received by 3pm Friday 9th February to ensure delivery before the 14th February 2024.

Your adoption will support vital conservation work to bring this species of tiny snail back from extinction.

The Partula snail is a small snail species endemic to the French Polynesian Islands, which means they are found nowhere else in the world. At one stage there were over 60 species of Partula snails that existed on a cluster of islands, known as the Society Islands.

Due to the introduction of the Rosy Wolf snail, a carnivorous snail species, over 90% of the Partula snail species are now extinct, with the remaining species critically endangered. Wild Discovery has joined the International Breeding Programme to help breed Partula snails to be released back into the wild.

So your little snail could be making a long journey to make a huge difference in saving a species from extinction.

In your adoption you will receive a specially designed valentine’s card that you can gift to your loved and factsheet about the Partula snails.  Your loved one’s names will also appear on out adopters plaque.

Please remember to let us know the name of your loved one so we can them to add to our adopters plaque.

Postage charge is £0.99 to mainland UK only.  If an order is received for non mainland UK the order will be processed and posted however it can not be guaranteed that the parcel will arrive within estimated timeframe provided by the Royal Mail.  No refunds are provided for delayed/missing parcels.
