Seasonal Weekend Retail Assistant
Wild Discovery is a growing and developing zoo that requires a friendly and hardworking person to join the retail team working weekends 11am – 5pm, starting on Saturday 23rd July until Sunday 4th September.
The successful candidate must deliver a high standard of customer service to all our visitors whilst providing information about Wild Discovery and therefore must have excellent communication skills. The role will include dealing with all admissions and enquires, taking payment for items purchased in the Gift Shop, ensuring that the gift shop is fully stocked and presentable and cleanliness of all customer areas.
Applicants must understand what is required in a retail and customer service environment. The position is required to work Saturday and Sunday, 11am – 5pm with an immediate start, until the 4th September 2022. Flexibility to help cover staff holidays and sickness would be advantageous.
