Booking Terms
- Payment is always required at the time of booking.
- Once a date/time has been booked (including gift vouchers), the booking is non-transferrable and non-refundable, therefore please double check your date and times before completing your booking.
- Zoo admission tickets are only valid for the date you have booked from 10.30am til one hour before closing. Please see our opening times here.
- Before making a booking for any encounter, experience or event please read the specific Terms and Conditions before making a booking, click here as once a booking has be made no refunds or transfers can be provided. Any encounter bookings made on or after the 1st January 2026 will no longer include zoo admission in the price of the encounter ticket. Therefore, a zoo admission ticket must also be purchased in addition for every encounter participant as all encounters take place within the zoo.
- Annual pass holders will be asked to show their valid pass upon zoo entry. If you arrive without your annual pass you will be required to pay normal zoo admission. This admission will be refunded when your valid annual pass is shown and receipt for admission purchase is provided.
- Visitors with disabilities may admit one accompanying carer free of charge when they pay for a full price adult or child ticket. To receive your free carer’s ticket, you must provide one of the supporting documents that we accept: Disability Allowance Letter, PiP Letter, Access Card (must indicate +1) or a Staff Badge/Letter from a registered care company. If you can not provide any of these items upon entry to support your carers ticket you will be required to purchase normal zoo admission.
