When booking tickets online for zoo admission, animal encounters, animal experiences, and any other event please read the following booking terms:
Booking Terms
- Payment is required at the time of booking.
- Once a date has been booked (including gift vouchers), the booking is non-transferrable and non-refundable, therefore please double check your date and times before completing your booking.
- Zoo admission tickets are only valid for the date you have booked from 10.30am til one hour before closing. Please see our opening times here.
- Before making a booking for an Animal Encounter and/or an Animal Experience please read the specific Terms and Conditions before making a booking, click here.
- Annual pass holders will be asked to show their valid pass upon zoo entry. If you arrive without your annual pass you will be required to pay normal zoo admission. This admission will be refunded when your valid annual pass is shown and receipt for admission purchase is provided.
- Visitors with disabilities may admit one accompanying carer free of charge when they pay for a full price adult or child ticket. To receive your free carer’s ticket, please make sure you bring along your supporting documents that shows you require a carer. Please click here to see the documents that are accepted.
