Starting early before the visitors arrive, you will be cleaning out some animals down on the Farmyard and out in the paddocks. You’ll be preparing meals and creating some exciting enrichment for a selection of animals at the zoo before heading off to meet some animals up close.

Once you have clicked on “Book Now” under your chosen encounter, enter the quantity of tickets you require and tick the box to “Purchase as a Gift Voucher” and continue to follow the process through.

Once your order is completed you will be emailed your e-gift voucher which you can then use to gift to your recipient(s).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Every gift voucher has its own unique voucher number which the recipient will use to book their encounter online.  It is the responsibility of the customer/recipient to keep this gift voucher safe as it cannot be replaced if misplaced, lost or stolen due to the monetary value attached to the unique voucher code.

Please note if you are making a purchase for different recipients, please purchase the e-gift vouchers separately so that you receive two different e-gift vouchers.
